“Wynne from Real Estate One worked with us for nine months as we looked to purchase a few investment homes. She was a great resource to have throughout the entire process - she patiently walked us through the end-to-end home buying process, from what to look for in the neighborhoods that we were interested in to what was reasonable to offer for the properties we were looking at.Ultimately I ended up bidding on multiple properties before any offers were accepted. All properties had very competitive bids with multiple offers and tight deadlines. Wynne was very accommodating and was able to put together the offers on short notice. And even on the rare occasion when she wasn't available to look at properties, she made sure someone else from Real Estate One Westrick Associates were available to cover for her. Throughout the nine-month process I felt no pressure to make any offer that we weren't completely comfortable with or to commit to any timelines. Even when we flip-flopped several times on a Sunday afternoon about whether to submit an offer that we had just put together for a farmhouse, she was very patient and helped us reason through everything. Ultimately we decided not to submit that offer and she didn't hold it against us in the least - we picked right back up looking at properties that week.When we were outbid on most of the offers it wasn't for lack of trying - Wynne did everything she could to make the offers competitive, suggesting what was reasonable to waive for each property, or how much to put up as earnest money.
