How Does This Program Work?

By utilizing a Real Estate One agent, we can capture a referral fee from the commission part of the transaction.

You will receive 20% of the referred side commission.

To receive your monetary incentive, you must first be enrolled in the program by filling out the contact form to the right. A Real Estate Specialist will discuss your needs and assign a real estate agent.

The incentive does not apply if your home is currently listed or if you are currently working with a real estate agent. Registration is required before contacting any real estate agent. This program cannot be used in conjunction with other rebates, relocation benefits, broker referrals, and/or affinity programs.

Rebates are not allowed in all states. In some states, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be provided in lieu of the monetary incentive. You must register with Real Estate One Community Heroes before contacting a real estate agent. All real estate transactions are negotiable. Other terms and conditions may apply.

Additional Incentive from John Adams Mortgage
