“Marc is very conscientious, has attention to details and knows his business. He helped my wife and I find a house / condo in Northville, Michigan. We were downsizing and quite anxious. I did not want to commit or put an offer until I closed on the previous house we had on the market with an offer to purchase. Marc showed us a lot of places so we could learn the new market for several weeks. Eventually we found our place. He was very helpful negotiating the offer.
