Not sure who was responsible, but when I made an offer of a few thousand dollars less than the asking price, I was told there was three other offers made to the seller, so I told Kim to change the purchase agreement & gave the seller her asking price. However, after the closing, I asked the seller if she had any other offers on the property at the same time I made her my offer, she told me she did not have any other offers. “After searching online for a house and requesting some additional information. I received a email from Kimberly very shortly after. She was very helpful from the start. We spoke about what I was interested in and what I abosolutly had to have. She didn't try to show me homes just to sell me, but homes that had serious potential. The plan was for me to start out building a house then my time circumstances changed. Due to time restraints I chose to buy and not to build. She was always there for me, helping me with new homes that were listed on the market to referring me to lenders that were easy to work with. Due to my busy schedule she was always available and willing to take the time to show me several homes at different times of the day on short notice.
