“To whom it may concern, My wife and I sold our house of 38 years in 2022 using Felix Rudberg as our realtor. The entire process went very smoothly and we were very happy with Felix's service. Felix was highly knowledgeable about the entire sales process. He did a market analysis to come up with a recommended sales price. The pricing strategy worked very well. We received 7 offers within a few days of placing the house on the market, with roughly 10 showings a day for the first four days. Several offers included price escalation clauses and we ended up accepting an offer well above our expectations. Critically he also ensured we had the well and septic inspection required by the county completed fairly early in the process. This turned out to be very important since work ended up being required on both the well and septic systems before we could complete the sale.
