“Sandra Kolar sold a home for me in Redford Michigan and I live in Nebraska. The house needed work to meet the township codes, lawn mowed, etc., etc., etc. Since we do not live in Michigan, Sandra was the go to person. We made numerous phone calls and she was VERY PROMPT and after a lot of leg work, the house was sold. She went above and beyond sales agent duties and did an excellent job!”

“Sandy went above and beyond both on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She has vast knowledge of the market and impeccable negotiating skills. During our initial meeting she got to know our family on a personal level which allowed her to hone in on our preferences when it came to buying a new home. She also respected our price range and only showed us homes within that range, rather than pushing us out of our comfort zone. Sandy had excellent communication skills, timely responses and was available to meet around our hectic schedules. She volunteered her own time to be present at our home during inspections so that we did not have to take time off work.
