“As first time home buyers, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Especially being 8-9 months pregnant. Before Audrey found us our home, we were living in a two bedroom townhouse with our 17 month old son. Our lease was expiring in 2 months so we were on a huge time crunch. None of this phased our amazing realtor. Audrey worked with us every step of the way to find us the prefect house. She even worked for us answering questions while she was on vacation. Not only did she come out of her way to show us houses, she also was willing to play with and carry our son around houses so we were able to give our full attention to viewing homes. Once we found the perfect home, we found that the bank who owned it liked to drag their feet. Audrey, however, wasn't having any of that. She lit a fire under them until they moved quickly. Our garage window needed to be replaced before the inspector would sign off on it. To advoid complaints about the caulk and broken glass outside the window and on the garage, Audrey went out to scrape the caulk off the garage and clean up the glass. That way more than above and beyond what we could have asked for. When the bank tried to continuously push back the date of closing, Audrey pushed back to make sure everything got done. We ended up closing days after our daughter's birth and earlier than expected! I love Audrey and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.”
