“We moved to MI from out of state so what we thought would be more of a hassle turned into something completely smooth and easy for us...all because of Carl!! He made us have soo much peace of mind throughout the entire process! With us being out of state and traveling back and forth trying to do what all we needed to do was stressful enough-let alone throw in all the bull that can go with the buying process. He allowed us to do a lot through email, which was an amazing help so we didn't have to travel so much and he kept us updated daily, sometimes multiple times daily. And even answered all of our questions, without hesitation, maybe even the same question multiple times. :) Once we closed on our home, we had to stay in our current state for about a month due to some medical things with our child and Carl even watched the house for us! Got the mail, made sure no frozen pipes (as we closed right before Christmas) and just to check in on the house! Texted us to let us know each time he went. We couldn't recommend a better realtor!! We have moved again since and he was just as amazing the second time around!! The best around in our opinion!! ”
