“Interviewed three realtors before listing my house. The first two agents came to see the house approximately 24 hours after I contacted them. They came totally unprepared. Ms. Crooks came to see the house four or five hours after I contacted her. She provided me, both verbally and in writing, with information about her agency, her background, what she could do in selling the house, a graph showing what the housing market had done since 2001, comps, and in addition she had checked with the township office and knew the size of the house and dimensions of the property. Shortly after see saw the property she provided me with additional comparables. Ms. Crooks was prepared and kept me well informed at every step of the way, from listing to closing. I would highly recommend Ms. Crooks to anyone preparing to put their house up for sale.”
