Designed Living Real Estate was established in 2015 by Patrice Henderson as a real estate investment company. In 2019, it changed its primary focus to becoming a real estate brokerage made up of a team of highly trained real estate professionals. The goal was and still remains to develop a team where everyone works collectively to help all of their clients achieve their real estate goals.

It’s very important to the CEO, Patrice Henderson to maintain this standard so the team isn’t working unhealthily against each other as that would diminish the brand, the client experience and the growth of the company. She believes the best real estate teams work together and not against each other. Today, Designed Living Real Estate consistently closes more real estate volume each year, which results in investing more into improving the client experience.
