He shares his knowledge of the current real estate market and takes the time to show clients how it may impact the sale of their home.  This allows him to develop solid plans to market and sell homes effectively.  His degree in hospitality and tourism has prepared him to build strong relationships with clients guiding them through the process of selling their home while keeping them updated every step of the way. 

ALICIA CHILDERS  -  REALTOR^®, Buyer’s Specialist  

For Alicia, the satisfaction of helping clients finding the perfect home and the relationships she develops are the best parts of being a Realtor. Her background as a Mechanical Engineer gives her a unique set of skills to bring to the table. Her thoroughness and drive to always do things better, motivates her to continually strive to give her clients the best service possible while exceeding their expectations. Working only with buyers gives her first-hand knowledge of the current market which benefits her clients.

Hayden, a lifelong resident of Benzie County, has extensive knowledge of the county and all the features of the area to help buyers find the perfect home!  With a degree in finance, he has the technical knowledge to make sure the home buying process goes as planned. Eager to make a difference in his client's lives, Hayden will guide them through the home buying experience from start to finish.
