“Selling ones home is a big event in ones life, if you dont know all the ins and outs and upds and downs in buying and selling your house it could be such a disastrous event.Jim does know all the ins and outs and ups and downs to make the buying and selling go as smoothly as possible. He treats you as one of his family. You never feel like your left out there on your own to fend for yourself (been there a few times before we met Jim). Jim knows so much but never makes you feel stupid and I asked so many of the same questions over and over and he answered them always as if i only asked it once. I called him numerous times thru out the day for things and he never got a attitiude, was always pleasant.
