“Erica was an absolute delight to work with! My husband and I came into the home buying process already having found a house we wanted to buy but she was still able to show us other homes in the area that ticked a lot of our boxes in what we were looking for, just to make sure that was the one. But we stuck with our original choice and she helped us find the perfect lender and a great home inspection company to get the process started! She was very helping when we were deciding on an initial offer and subsequent counter offers, knowing the area, how much other homes were going for, and making sure the price was right for us. After the inspection, she helped us walk through what would need to be repaired and made a decision that we needed to add an amendment to our initial offer. Through localized flash floods and a pandemic, she made it happen! The house has a sizable creek running through the back yard that occasionally floods and Erica know all the right questions to ask to ensure that wouldn't be an issue down the road in our basement. She was quick to reply to all our questions and always worked swiftly to find an answer to any concerns we had. We went from inquiring about our dream home to closing in 32 days!Erica is very knowledgeable about the home buying process. I would highly suggest working with her.”
