“I saw that Jeff Klink sold a house in our neighborhood earlier in the year and it was sold quickly and above the asking price, so I ask if he would like to sell our house. We met and he was very informative and extremely knowledgeable of our neighborhood and what our house could go for. Once we agreed, he brought in different people to help get the house ready and on the market. He brought in an interior decorator to help with suggestions on how to stage the house, he brought in a professional photographer to take pictures of the inside and outside of the house. He also brought in one of his associates to help write a short description of the house - she did an absolute magnificent job. With Jeff's connections and the job the other three people did, once the house went out on the market, we had 27 showings in the first two days. I highly recommend him. “I did a market analysis study with four real estate agents that were recommended to me. Three of them had two weeks to prepare and Jeff had less than 24 hours. He was the last person I interviewed and he came on like a ball of fire in a good way. I was so impressed by his presentation and the way he projected himself with confidence. Jeff had researched what we would list the condo for and a packet of paperwork with all the information I needed. The other real estate agents i interviewed said that they would send me the information via email later which was not impressive. Jeff’s analysis of the list price for my condo was 25,000 more than another agent had quoted me and Jeff was right. Jeff listed my property and we received a hit the first day for a showing. In the end, there was a bidding war and I ended up getting $2,000 over asking price. Jeff listed the property on a Tuesday and I accepted the final bid the following Monday. Jeff took into consideration the market, what homes were available In my area and based everything he did on his own intuition and I am forever grateful for his expertise, professionalism and his attention to detail.
