“Mark made the process of finding our home seamless! At first, we sent him advertisements from Zillow of the types of homes that we’d like to tour in person. He quickly made arrangements for us to see the various batches of houses, despite the locations being different cities. Mark never complained, he just made it happen! Time and time again, we would visit homes that seemed perfect but ended up not being what we wanted. But Mark explained that it’s all part of the process, browsing homes, seeing what aspects of it that we liked and what we didn’t. We’re thankful that he took the time to explain everything to us, both on how the home buying process goes for MSHDA and what specific things to pay attention to when considering buying a home. After touring numerous homes and talking to us, Mark began to develop an idea of what we were looking for. So he utilized his resources to start sending us ads of homes that we may be interested in, which eventually led to a home that was new on the market, matched many of our wants and needs. He swiftly arranged an in person tour, fast forward a month and we closed on the house! This experience was so great, that we’ve recommended Mark to our friends and family who are looking to buy homes themselves. Thanks Mark, for not giving up on us!
