Liz went above and beyond for us with our first selling experience just like she did when we purchased our first home with her! She put together a great CMA, recommended an excellent listing price, had a wonderful photographer, and generated a ton of buzz for our listing. In the first weekend on the market, our home had 30+ showings, a busy open house, and we received 6 offers (all over asking price!). We listed the home on a Thursday, and by Sunday night we had accepted an offer. Liz communicated very well throughout the whole process and took steps off of our plate whenever possible. I have never worked with her as a seller, but I hope to do that soon as we sell our existing principal residence.
