Terrible customer service. Does not return calls. Has you sign paperwork and does not tell you the truth about what you are signing for his benefit. Scams you into a longer sale time than you agreed to or clearly told him. Wants you to drop your price to meet a buyer's offer, but will not lower his commission at all. He lost the sale of a house due to not coming down on his commission, yet I was willing to drop my price by thousands lower than my base. Would NEVER recommend him to anyone, was like working with a used car salesman.
