Kirsten in one word is phenomenal.The housing market is wild right now and as first time home buyers Kirsten was able to set our expectations and guide us expertly through the whole process. I never once felt pressured and she always kept my wife and Is opinions close to heart. Any thought we had about the process felt valid and heard. She was able to explain things without feeling like we were being patronized. We had a slightly difficult client to close with and Kirsten was able to handle emotions expertly and with full communication to us. I never once felt out of the loop.It felt like at the end of the closing it was a little sad we werent going to be spending more time with her, genuinely a great person and would highly recommend to anyone.
