He was able to very quickly spot points of interest or issues in every home we walked into, which allowed us to make the most informed decision possible at any given time. However, arguably more important than that, we can't speak highly enough about his moral character. When making a huge life decision such as buying a home, there's always that worry in the back of one's mind that they'll make a bad decision (such as spend too much and end up house poor). But that worry was put at ease fairly quickly, because it became very clear to us that Alan genuinely was looking out for our best interests when helping us find a home. He never put us into any uncomfortable positions, and helped us navigate difficult decisions to ultimately get us to where we wanted to be with a wonderful home completely within the price range we were willing to pay. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Alan and his team are exceptional, thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable. Alan has represented us as both sellers and buyers and in both instances he and his team diligently managed each step of the process. Alan has a high degree of technical knowledge and can explain things at multiple levels. He can also break things down into digestible snipers when needed. We perceived each conversation to be designed with our best interest in mind, even when it wasnt exactly what we wanted to hear. We never felt like we didnt know what the next step was. At one point there was a miscommunication with a vendor involved in our purchase and Alan did not hesitate to step into a very difficult and concerning conversation to our defense. I highly recommend using them for either selling or buying.

What didn't I like about my experience? He is an absolute professional who is hardworking and goes above and beyond for every single one of his clients. He is super knowledgeable not only on real estate, but how structures and if a home has good bones or not. He sold our old house and was able to when are new house for us all in a few days.
