Janet is an outstanding realtor and person. She helped us to buy our current house and sell an old one. We got to know Janet few years back, when we were searching for an empty lot or house. She was very helpful, engaging, and flexible as we have very busy work schedule. Together we did an extensive search, with multiple visit to numerous properties, including houses and empty plots. One of the plots we liked and she helped to organize (while we were at work) land survey and perk test. Turns out there was a legal issues connected to that plot and we decided not to purchase it, and I am very pleased that we did not. After all of that we decided that we should wait for few more years as it was too expensive for us. Janet did not say a word! She was so naturally pleasant and professional! I told her that when we are ready to buy a house, we will get in touch. We did, more then 2 years later.
