“I contacted Lauren about a year before I put my house up for sale, to get input on modifications and staging that would enhance how the house would 'show' and to get my asking price. I made the changes over the year (having wall paper removed, most rooms painted, some new carpet, new cabinet hardware, and significant decluttering). I put the house up for sale in May-2017. I had 2 offers within the first 3 days of listing. The offers came in on a Saturday, Lauren left a family gathering to meet me at her office. She explained the offers in detail, and when I had a couple of more complex questions, she contacted the Real Estate One financial expert to ensure she was providing me with accurate information. Lauren was open and honest with me and provided me valuable insight during the negotiation process with the buyers. She spent several hours with me that day, and was happy to do it (she was not able to return to the family gathering). One trait that really stood out to me in dealing with Lauren is the high level of integrity this woman has. From the recommendations she had about trends in my neighborhood and how to sell my house, to the input she provided throughout negotiations, inspection, appraisal and closing, I found all the information to be spot on and earnest. Also, Lauren always made herself available and responded quickly to my calls throughout the entire process (this included Memorial weekend and other family gatherings).I originally met Lauren when she represented the seller for the home I purchased in Rochester Hills in 2002.
