“Karly did an excellent job in marketing & selling our home in Traverse City. She responded to concerns in a timely manner & kept us updated. Karly took some excellent photos of the property plus a video that was posted to various sites on the internet. Each week we were able to see the market report and see how many people viewed the listing. Karly was very instrumental in letting us know prior to the listing which items needed updating and which ones not to worry about. There were several times where the buyers agent was not following through on items and Karly stepped up to the challenge & made sure the items got completed. She made sure the documents were signed correctly for both sides of the agreement. Karly also followed up to make sure the Earnest Deposit came in plus she kept tabs with the buyers lender to make sure all documents came in as scheduled. She was helpful in finding an electrician to make the 1 repair from the inspection so that it could be completed within a week. Karly went above & beyond to reduce our anxiety about this transaction.
