“Larry worked tirelessly to make sure I got the home (condo) of my dreams. There were a lot of things to chase down with this purchase, and at one point, Larry literally went to the condo association to get a piece of paper signed. There was no one in the office, but that didn't stop Larry - he found a nearby maintenance person, who ended up directing him to the President of the association!! I wish we could limit business to during the week, but these days, outreach on the weekend for home purchases is pretty common. Larry always made himself available for my questions, helped me get back into the condo and made sure the space was available to our inspector (who also had to come back to pick up the radon test). He had to interact with the seller more than usual, and helped negotiate a price I was happy with.
