“She was very pushy about her opinion on every aspect. She just seemed like she wanted to rush the process right long. We were trying to make sure, we take the right steps to sell our house and include the right information by doing that we wanted to look at the work she did before submitting on Zillow. She didn't communicate that she would be stopping by and putting a for sale sign in the yard just yet. Then she later that day after asking we could meet up with her on Friday evening because my husband and I both have busy schedules cant both meet her until later in the evening. She said she can't do that because she had a dinner date and decide to post the photos we told her not to post put the wrong information out on how many bedrooms this house has. Basically, from the start, I had to write the information for her about this house on what to include and how to market it. She just didn't seem liked she cared that this was a wonderful house its, not something you just throw around and put on the market without looking over your work or taking some time to talk things over. We needed this house to sell and what she was doing she was just not caring about who owned it and how it was taken care of. She was being straight unprofessional about it. Then we called her head person and he's aware of the mistake she made and has asked us to come in so he can apologize and cover his end on not getting in trouble for unprofessional actions and business that has come out of this process.”
