When you hire me to sell your property or help you find a new home, you know that you're hiring someone who has a strong knowledge of the local market. I regularly research market data and I'm out on tours weekly to view new listings
I successfully market homes with high quality photos, video, virtual tours and emails that present properties in ways that attract buyers. And, while today's technology is an important part of the marketing process, a good Realtor® also takes time for the customer. When we work together, you'll hear from me regularly. Too often sellers tell me that their previous Realtor was last heard from when he or she stuck a sign in their lawn. And buyers say that they are often left to search the MLS system for what looks interesting to them and to then call their Realtor to arrange a showing. That won't happen when you work with me.
