“Mary is very responsive and attentive. Her knowledge of the area that we bought in is great! She told us about the place we purchased as soon as it hit the market so we were able to see it and put a bid in right away. We had originally put a bid on another property but another offer was accepted even though ours was more. Mary was very diligent in following up on possibilities and as soon as she got the listing for the one we now own then quickly informed us. And we got it!! She even helped us execute the closing via mail as I was unable to make the drive to the title company that is 300 miles away. We spent the first week in July 2017 there and couldn't be happier!! Thank you Mary for your expertise, kind and thoughtful personality, and for helping us find our dream lake house!!”

“Mary helped us with a long-distance sale. Throughout the process, she showed flexibility to work around schedules and planned meetings around the complication of our distant location. Mary had knowledge of the house and its history. Mary facilitated getting the home inspection report in plenty of time to help make decisions about projects that needed to be completed ahead of the moving date. Mary helped with information about utilities. She also took extra time to show the house to a contractor to facilitate planning for work to be done before we moved in. Mary was always responsive in communication (phone, e-mail). Mary set up the closing date and location, making sure we could complete that process during a small window of time. We feel very fortunate to have been able to work with Mary to get our dream house.”
