“I am writing this to give beyond the highest recommendation to Donna Katz, who is an incredible realtor who sold a home for us. Donna is the type of person, who would be the dream realtor portrayed in a movie but you probably wouldn't be so lucky to meet anyone so good in real life. We were lucky to meet her, she is that unbelievably good.My daughter's father had unexpectedly passed away, his house had to be sold and both my daughter and I lived out of state. Beyond the sadness of the unexpected death, there was a large renovation that was almost complete but there were many issues with the contractors that could and did complicate the sale. We interviewed a number of agents but Donna impressed us with her knowledge and candor. She was smart, straight forward, savvy and incredibly empathetic to the difficult circumstances. She impressed us in that first meeting. We felt we could trust her to help us to identify and navigate the things that had to be improved or completed before we would be able to sell the house at the highest price possible.We decided to hire her to list the house. She moved efficiently and quickly to work in our behalf as our eyes and ears and advocate while we were out of state. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the word. We discovered we needed upgrade in landscaping, gutter cleaning and a number of other issues to be addressed. Donna's involvement was integral to getting these things accomplished as we were out of state. She was hardworking, strategic, dependable, honest, accessible and always our advocate so that she ended up seeming like more of a family member who was a realtor instead of someone we had just met to list the home. We couldn't have asked for anything more. She helped us successfully navigate all the hurdles and the house sold well. I have lived in a number of homes and have met a lot of realtors in my life.
