“Chris was truly exceptional. I met them at a home buying seminar that was focused on the Bloomfield Hills area. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying in Bloomfield Hills and I’m so thankful I did. He was always available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a fair new houses in this area so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. He told me that going in and highlighted the concerns he had and the research he wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treat the situation like he is purchasing the property – he look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Chris will work with you to make your desires a reality. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Chris was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done – and he did!
