Nobody else in the family lived within 2 hours of the area so nearly all communications were done remotely. Gary was at times dealing with 3 different family members in three different areas at different times, but he was very patient and responsive throughout the entire process, and all of his recommendations ended up being spot on. His biggest recommendation was that the family somehow pull together and make the effort to get to the house to clean it out and remove all the belonging and clutter after 2 months of little movement with the sale. After we were able to get that done an offer was received on the house within a week.
