“She wasn't very helpful finding a property. She preferred to communicate through text messages which was fine if she would have responded to them. She was rude when trying to schedule a viewing and obviously in a hurry to do other things. She was late to our viewing then rushed to leave said she had to be somewhere else. When I asked could we reschedule she didn't respond. I didn't enjoy the experience at all.”

“Terrible experience is putting it lightly. Her style of finding you a house is inundating your email with MLS listings everyday and you sorting them out.After making an offer on a house and having an inspector tell us that we better have some major $$$ for repairs we asked for concessions that the seller did not want to make. She cut a deal with the sellers agent that was not at all what we agreed to and then said we couldn't get out of it. I had to get two agents that are friends involved to sort out the truth which was clearly not what she was telling us. After the debacle my wife and I wanted to part ways with Dana as we could not trust her. About 9 months later we purchased a house with another agent and about 9 months after that I began receiving hateful and poorly written emails from Dana calling us liars and saying that we wasted her time when our time was wasted. I also was the one out about $600 from inspections while she lost nothing.”
