“He went above and beyond expectations. he went out of his way more then a handful in times in the year and half it took me to find a house I now call home. I did see nice houses in that time frame none that fit me. some of those houses we would go back to on a rainy day to see if it had water damage as it looked fresh but to make sure which some did and I walked away that's a bigger issue then I was looking to take on. i am now fixing up my home and will be throwing a party and he will be invited as we grew to not only have a client to realator friendship but some interests that also connected us as friends to be where we are now. if and when I sell my home I will contact Damien to sell and guide me through the process. he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. some very smart others not so much but he would answer them. he also took me to every house I desired to look at. out of those homes some should of been torn down and others were out of my price range but we agreed to look at some to get ideas. I was staying on the lower side of my budget until I find a nice home then I went and looked at the nicer ones. he did great at guiding me through and keeping me updated through the whole process. if he didnt hear from me he would reach out and send me homes or just a hows it going. really good guy to work with”
