She helped him sell his starter house in Clarkston and buy a new house in Oxford. Caron did great back then and therefor he contacted her when we were ready to buy a house in 2009. The house we bought in Ortonville was a Short Sale. We heard so many nightmares associated with Short Sales, we were anticipating waiting forever. Caron - on the other hand didn't think it would take long at all. She was correct! We closed on the house 6 weeks after we made an offer. Go Caron! “I listed my house with Caron Koteles while I was going through a divorce. I couldn't understand why we weren't getting any offers when other houses in our neighborhood were. Finally after several months we received a lowball offer from someone who turned out to be a realtor friend of Caron's. Caron instructed us that we better take the offer because it was the best we were going to get. We rejected the offer and after our listing agreement with Caron ended we signed on with a different realtor. Shortly after signing on with this new realtor she informed us that a realtor she knew had called her and said that they had put in a full offer on our house right after we had initially put our house up for sale and they were wondering why we hadn't accepted it. We were never informed of this other offer from Caron. Our new realtor quickly sold our house at a fair price. Do not list your house with Caron Koteles!!!”

Caron took over the sale of our house and with in 3 months not only did we have an offer but we closed. Once we had a fair offer Caron kept us up to date on what was going on. It was not an easy sale due to the buyers but she got it done. I read the comment that she thinks more of her vacations then her clients. If that is a true statement then I want to know why she called us,emailed us while she was on vacation before we had the offer on the house.
