“I worked with Chris to buy a house recently. He definitely has a knowledge and expertise and will provide his best opinion. He is definitive responsive even when he is on vacation and will provide backup. Couple of things that I think he can improve on. He does not provide competitive market analysis on a house before putting offers. We put 10k over on a house and it was accepted, though I backed out of that offer and the same house was sold 2 months later for 15k less than asking price. Another scenario where we put 15k over and eventually 40k over the asking price but that house was sold 62k over asking price. Eventually I ended up buying another house with him, but negotiations could have been better. I felt he is not negotiating for me but want to get rid of me as a client. His rebate offer is horrible, and I for sure could have gotten way better rebate. It was still nice of him to give something back to client which he didn't have to. Last but not least do not and I say do not go with any of his recommendation for loans. I was referred to one of his associate BuZZ and I had the most horrible experience with min to no communication and buzz was all talk. Because of him I let go of a good deal which he promised to match and at last minute he was no where to be found. On top i reached out to buzz about an additional 2k that he was to pay in buy down fee, which he did but charged me back in the loan as adjusted amount. I told Chris about it but now they are no where to be found.”
