“To be fair, I should mention that I've known Stacy since 7th grade, and the reason for this review is that I don't feel like I got special service. “As a first-time homeowner and not sure what I was looking for or what I was even doing, I reached out to Stacy for some assistance. I was an out of state resident and needed a place quickly as I had accepted a job in Michigan. I was able to drive to work, but that left me with limited time. Stacy was able to work with my schedule and was able to communicate with me by phone, email, and text whether it was early in the morning or later at night staying in constant contact with me. After reviewing some houses online, she was quickly able to set up tours of the houses. First house we walked into and BAM it was the one. We went to the remainder houses on the tour and without any pressure I requested to go back to the first house. Stacy could see it in my eyes I had found the one. Stacy was able to negotiate for me and locked down a price within my budget. Stacy was able to provide multiple contacts for Mortgage companies, home inspectors and whatever else I needed upon the first meeting, so we could put an offer down the day I saw the house. Through the remainder of the home buying process Stacy was always there keeping communications open. This was especially helpful when going through the inspection process as it was unfamiliar territory for me. Stacy was able to get us homeowners’ insurance to ease the fear of something happening immediately after purchasing a house. Up to closing, Stacy stayed in touch with the mortgage company and myself making sure everything was progressing smoothly. We closed on our house with no fears. It would not have been possible without Stacy. She took the challenge and fear of purchasing a house away making the process enjoyable and relaxing.
