She gave us honest feedback about what we needed to do to make our house marketable, provided the support we needed to make it happen and then held multiple open houses that were perfectly advertised. I even got comments from a friend of mine who was also selling her home through another realtor. She said she was thinking of changing agents after seeing how well advertised and organized our open house was compared to their open house. When it came to selling our house we actually ended up selling it for more than we were asking too! She represented our interests and made sure that our needs were met. She can be tough when needed. The only thing I regret about the experience with Danielle is that after months of her helping us find the new home of our dreams, we ended up in a private sale with a family friend. I wish that Danielle would have been able to be with us through our purchase but the people we were buying from refused to work with a realtor.
