“Where do I start? Alexa was amazing from the very beginning, when trying to decide if purchasing a home was something that was even possible within our budget. She provided us with Starbucks our first meeting, never pressured us and was so reassuring every step of the way. Whenever we had questions she would follow-up no matter what time of day. She was extremely knowledgable, for example, encouraging us to negotiate a 1 year Home Owner's Warranty within our closing so if anything went wrong our first year of ownership we'd be covered and that proved to be a life saver. She spoke up for us when we encountered difficulties with the selling agent, and recommended a great title company saving us from the frustration of using the title company used by the selling party. I'm so thankful for what Alexa provided as a realtor, always punctual and went above and beyond until we found our dream home and even after. In the future, Alexa will ALWAYS be my go-to when either selling or purchasing a home!”

“Alexa was referred to us by a family member because she specialized in first-time home buyers. We needed to have a realtor who would explain the home buying process and be patient with us. We had 100+ questions, and Alexa answered all of them regardless if they were repeat questions. We told Alexa that our search range was 30 min from the South Lyon area. She had no problem with driving 30 mins to show us a house. She is super flexible with your search range and will go above and beyond to make sure you get a showing. For example, we had to change a showing at the last min, and she had us booked for a showing the same day. No questions asked; she was there! The great thing is we ended up getting that house! It is crucial to have a realtor that is responsive in this crazy housing market. Alexa will make herself available to you to make sure you get your dream house! Alexa traveled from Ann Arbor to Canton every single time we wanted to look at a home at the drop of a dime with zero complaints. She took the time to truly understand what my fiancé and I were looking for in a home, work with our budget, and achieve all of these results in a timely manner. She helped me personally understand the home buying process which took the stress and pressure off. Alexa was always on top of everything and I never waited around for an answer. She took the initiative to let me know what I needed to provide and what step was next. Lastly, I would like to point out that the house we bought ended up having another bid placed on the same exact day. The sellers wanted to pick a buyer that day and move on with the closing. Basically place your highest bet and the seller will chose between the two buyers. Alexa brought up the idea of an escalation clause that we would bid our max bid along with also an extra 1,000 of whatever the other buyers bid so that at the end of the day no matter what we would end of bidding more money than the other buyers. That is what won us our dream house. I was so incredibly glad that Alexa provided us with that route we could take so that we had the chance to beat out the other buyer and win the home we wanted, which is exactly what happened. I couldn’t be more happier with the choice my fiancé and I made with choosing Alexa as our realtor. You will not be disappointed!”
