“Michelle Armbruster did an amazing job selling our condo on Ford Lake in Ypsilanti Michigan! My husband and I were in Florida when we decided it was time to sell. Michelle took the initiative, listed our condo, staged it, and got it ready for showing, all while we were still in Florida. Within a week, she had photos taken, a gorgeous brochure created, and an open house scheduled for our condo.Due to Michelle’s excellent negotiating and sales skills, we got more than one full price offer even before the open house! Michelle followed up with all the paperwork and documentation long distance between the parties and successfully brought it to closing within a month while we were still in Florida! She addressed the work that needed to be done for each room in the house, and provided me with a timeline so that the house could be ready at the earliest date to take advantage of the earliest buyers at the beginning of the spring season.
