“As a first time buyer Ben was very helpful in educating me on the real estate world. We purchased the first condo he showed us. We had a lot of issues along the way from the sellers, mortgage company, and seller's title company but Ben was there for us the whole time. He also responded quickly to deal with any and all issues. He was very knowledgable and gave us great advice. Even two months after the sale I had to contact him and he was Prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions. He is a great realtor and has become a friend. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.”
