“Before meeting Joe I had a bad experience with my previous realtor. I live out of state and was very anxious about choosing another. Friends recommended Joe and helped me get in touch with him. My experience with Joe was the extreme opposite from the individual I had worked before. It is no exaggeration the Joe goes above and beyond his duties as a realtor. He is someone you can depend on, someone you can trust. He is very knowledgeable in the field and can provide great advice and in that advice he was spot on. He is dedicated in getting the job done, and is remains calm and collected even when you have a meltdown and are not feeling calm. Selling a house can be stressful, add on to that trying to do that from another state. He was there for me every step of the way. He's a good person, worthy of the trust you place in him. I couldn't give him a higher recommendation.”
