“Dan and Sheri were fantastic I cannot say enough good things about them and how much I appreciate their expertise through the process of buying my first house. They helped me look for a solid 4-5 months and we probably looked at 10-15 house we put 4 offers in and the 5th one was the charm! Dan was so helpful getting competitive with the market and giving me the edge I needed with my offer on the house I wanted! All that said, the offer was excepted within 2 days and closed on the house in less than 12 days. On that 12th day the keys were in my hand and I moved in immediately. I would recommend Dan and Sheri to anybody I know buying a house!”

“This was our second home buying experience, and a lot has changed since we purchased our first home. Dan and Sheri made the Entire Process so easy! From checking into our exhaustive list of houses to see, to coordinating multiple visits on the same day to meet our time restraints, and having packets ready for every property with all the information about each home for us to peruse after, they were very professional and prepared. Any question we had along the way in our purchasing process they were able to expertly answer. If we required additional information, they were able to supply us with answers within hours— sometimes minutes! Anything we asked of them, they were always eager to assist us with and resolve. They shared openly pieces of advice regarding financing, mortgage brokers, moving companies, and more. Above all of this is how they made us feel. Their openness to share stories, listen, really get to know the people they are helping made us feel like family from the first time we met.
