“Robert has been great! Being new to this experience I wasn't completely sure where to start when it came to a realtor. I figured I would go with word of mouth and contacted Robert (who had worked with a few friends of mine last year) and see how things went. I immediately heard back from him (on a Sunday night) and he continued to be extremely responsive during the whole process, which was important to me.One thing I really appreciated was his honesty while we were actually touring homes. There are few things more stressful than buying and selling a house, but he did a great job of making both painless. He made himself available to show us houses even with our hectic schedule, and helped to point out details that we were not thinking of (like no parking with a lake house… how could we invite people over to come out on the boat?!). As a data geek, I also loved that when we listed our house he provided a comprehensive analysis of the surrounding market, and a “how to” guide outlining what a potential buyer thinks about when walking through a showing.
