“First time home buyer. To say that Laura was beyond helpful would be an understatement. I had no idea what I was doing and she walked me through every step of the way. I had certain things I was looking for in a house, and she extremely responsive in finding houses that were appealing to me. We submitted 2 offers and had 2 offers accepted (first offer fell through for other reasons). In Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti right now, I'm hearing horror stories of 4-5 offers before anything's even accepted. Not with Laura, she handled everything masterfully and made my life a breeze. I couldn't imagine purchasing my house without her help, and if/when I move to another house, I know exactly who I'll be calling.---------I ended up in a situation where I needed to sell my home and I once again called on Laura. My personal situation did not work out and I was forced to take the house off of the market, but Laura was beyond helpful with all the contracts, incredibly knowledgeable about how to price my house, and wonderfully versed on how to get it show ready. As someone who has worked with Laura as a buyer and seller, I absolutely recommend her. Working with her is always a pleasure.”

She did thorough research to advise us on how to best price the house for the current market. Because Laura is an interior designer as well, she has contacts for carpentry, drywall, painting and just about any other job that needs doing to get a house ready for market. My parents were moving and needed help clearing out a house they'd lived in for over 20 years. Laura helped them to sort through things and then arranged for consignment of appropriate items and charity pick-ups for other things. She also lined up the contractors, requested bids for work and after consulting with my parents, contracted for the jobs they decided were important to getting the house in market ready condition.
