“I found John to be honest, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my needs during a complicated and time consuming transaction. John was the listing agent and I was the buyer, but I at no time felt that he wasn't acting in my best interest. Also, after the transaction closed, John went out of his way to be helpful. My purchase was a seasonal property that needed extensive repair and remodeling, and we do not live in the area. John connected us with a reliable builder that he knew, and the project is scheduled this Spring. We also put in a new drive-way soon after the closing. John was kind enough to take many pictures during this process so that we could monitor the project from start to finish from our home 650 miles away. He was even thoughtful enough to send some beautiful sunsets over lake Michigan from our deck which we are looking forward to enjoying in the near future.
