“Brooke was a wonderful agent-she had a 5 sheet list of resources and I used many of them. The resources were excellent, but Brooke is amazing and completely on top of what she is doing. She consulted with me about staging and I carefully followed her recommendations. She had an open house for both neighbors and potential buyers a few days after the condo was ready. She came out with 2 good leads and in 4 days I had two offers. My condo sold above the asking price. She knows the whole process in depth and helped with the closing. What amused me, because it is so unusual, is that she attempts to talk to the persons doing the appraisal. She said she goes and provides him/her with information that they might not have. Usually they accept the help, but she did say she has had a car window close on her remarks. She also stays and times the appraisers' visits, so if there is a problem, she knows exactly how long the appraiser was in the house. This is the scenario that really shows her dedication to her clients, going way beyond what is usually expected of brokers. I completely and without reservations recommend Brooke. She is a great broker, but also a great person.”
