“Linda was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process, from our initial search through closing. My husband and I had very specific needs for our new home and were relocating from Denver, so had limited availability for searching. Linda was extremely flexible with our search needs and available to show us as many homes as possible when we were in town. She was also very helpful with local knowledge and insight into different neighborhoods/areas. We were able to look in all areas of Traverse City (since we did not know where we wanted to be), including downtown, properties on the peninsulas, and homes with frontage on/access to local, inland lakes. We found the perfect home for our family and were able to close/move in a very reasonable time. She was present for the inspection since we were unable to be in town, and also verified that all requested work was completed. I would highly recommend Linda, and hope to work with her again in the future.”
