“Let me start by saying something that probably only tangentially has to do with real estate/her work. Maura is an intentional community builder, and the world needs more of those. Forget being a good realtor, Maura is just a good person to have in your life.I am so grateful to have worked with Maura during the craziness that was the Seller's Market of 2021. I can't count the number of times my partner and I looked at each other and said Maura is absolutely fantastic. She even became known on a first-name basis to my family and friends.There was never a doubt in my mind that I was in good hands with Maura to guide me over this process. I am in awe of her particular ability to suss out whether a home is worth its cost, not just the listing price but by doing some fast math after our walk through to know whether the renovation costs would put a house out of my budget. She is remarkably time efficient and like other reviewers have noted, responsive. I don't mean to stay up late but I would text Maura random thoughts at 11pm and see her reply first thing the next morning (eventually I discovered the schedule message function on my phone and figured out how to make my texts look like they were sent first thing in the morning, too!)While I appreciated her knowledge and experience of course, over time I came to appreciate her care, mentorship, and kind words, too, or maybe even more. I was a first-time home buyer, and very cautious when it comes to making decisions, in that I generally need more time than the average person to feel comfortable with proceeding. Not conducive to this market! But I always looked forward to seeing Maura and I always felt confident in myself and my choices afterwards. I think the biggest gift she gave me was giving me the space to figure out what I wanted or needed, and support along the way to make choices as I grew more comfortable to. The house I eventually bought was a no-brainer after the walk through, and at the start of the home buying process I wouldn't have thought that I could get to a point of saying Yes so quickly. Maura is definitely to credit with some of that!”

“Maura was excellent for both buying and selling. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, in our price range, in a very competitive buyer's market. We only visited two houses before finding the right match, so she clearly paid attention to what we wanted and focused her search accordingly.When selling our other house, we arranged a very specific setup for a long weekend of showings plus an open house while we were away, as with our hectic schedules and several children, it is extremely difficult to maintain a clean home. By the end of the long weekend, we had four offers, all over asking price. Maura did not have it easy with us. We had a dream a finding the perfect historic home in a perfect historic town. We searched for over a year within a large area. We still feel bad about making Maura drive so much. Maura was incredibly patient and helped us avoid making bad decisions. Every time we walked through a house, she made sure to look for problems related to foundation, roofing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc. We honestly don’t know how she knows so much about everything (e.g., construction, financing, contractors, etc.). Maura always pointed out potential issues but never pressured us one way or the other. Maura’s goal was to make sure we were fully informed to allow us to make the best decision. Once we found our perfect house, it didn’t get any easier. We fell in-love with a historic house that was a duplex (of course) that we wanted to convert back to a single family home. This meant difficult appraisals, financing, tenant issues, etc. to the point we almost gave up. Maura kept us going and also buffered and sheltered us from people with difficult personalities who were involved in the sale. Thanks to Maura, we are now living in our dream home.Maura was also just as amazing in the sale of our existing home. Her marketing approach was incredibly effective and really the best of the best. We had multiple offers on our house in a few short days. We accepted an offer only four days after we listed that was significantly above our asking price along with excellent terms. Maura knows what she is doing and you should listen to her. We cannot fathom going through the process of selling and buying a home without Maura. We are thankful for everything she did for us.
