“Bob helped us get our home ready for sale in the spring of 2013 and sold it for our asking price. He was a hands-on realtor, giving expert advise, and helping us through each stage of the process. He shared his professional opinion regarding necessary improvements before putting it on the market, found us contractors for the repairs, assisted us with staging the home for video taping and for viewing, made himself available to answer all of our questions, and offered his support with all of the large and small tasks that come with selling a house. He even represented us at the closing when we needed to be out of town on that date. Bob went above and beyond to make the experience successful. We give him our highest recommendation.”

“In February I moved to Connecticut and asked Bob if he could help me get my house ready for sale. Bob had been a neighbor of mine for years so I already trusted him, but I could not haven asked for a better realtor. While I was 1000 miles away Bob did everything to get the house ready for sale by March 1 and we had an offer that same day for very close to the asking price. Bob represented me well during negotiations and the house closed yesterday.
