We chose them partly because of their thorough market analysis that helped us decide on a price for the home, and partly because of their excellent marketing plan, which emphasize the neighborhood and life-style associated with our location as well as the house itself. They put together a terrific set of photos, floorplans, brochures, and other advertisements that helped generate a good deal of interest. We had four offers within 24-hrs of going on the market, all of which were great offers. That experience was so good for them that we didn't consider using anyone else. We recommend her to everyone. It has been decades since our previous house purchase. Maryann helped with negotiations, arranging inspections, helped with about everything. We are moving from out of town so there were a number of things she arranged for us. She recommended an attorney, was helpful with closing, and went to great lengths to make things easy for us. The house we purchased was on the market for just a couple of days.
