“Maria helped us sell our house in Dexter. She is very professional but don't expect to get quick responses to emails and double-check the paperwork. She did a great job listing the house but we basically we did all the work from there. The buyer took so long to move forward on things that the financing contingency was waved per our contract. Maria asked us to sign an addendum to put it back on saying the lender had requested it. That made no sense to us or our attorney. Ultimately, I feel we were poorly served and paid top dollar for her service.”
