“Matthew Grzesiak was the best realtor I worked with while looking for a new home! I was a first time buyer and met up with a few different ones before him and just wasnt finding what I liked. There was one specific neighborhood I wanted that I lost in it before with a different agent and was determined get. I had contacted matthew about looking at some properties and he immediately responded and accommodated my schedule with showing times. After looking at a few properties with him and told him how there was only one specific one I wanted he went on his own to the President of the community and sat down with him about having a serious buyer looking for a home there. Long story short a month later a listing came up with everything I wanted an matthew had got it for me! He was the only one who went out there and got me what I really wanted and let the neighborhood know there was a buyer if anyone was thinking about selling.
